At Obviously Apparel, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order quickly.

Label and Ship

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
